Also, if you've done everything necessary to get a given event to pop and it still seems to not be working, I'd recommend turning on the Pick Events cheat. The in-game editor always has up to date info on the various theme triggers, so that's what I'd use if I was having trouble getting a specific event to trigger. One thing to note RE Skeletal is it's the only one that'll eventually take over the head, body, arms and legs 'slots' of the affected character, so it's best to get a 2nd theme for the left hand that imparts a ranged ability, otherwise the character will be eventually be melee only. The editor says you need a 3rd character with a score of Leader, but doesn't specify how high that score needs to be, so I'd include a 3rd person with a Leader score of at least 50.

Drifters is the event that makes one of your characters Sylvan, and it's a pain in the butt to get to pop.
